The Boardwalk Disco Recap.
we'd like to thank everyone who came out to, performed at, and helped with our first ever boardwalk disco at club worship in the showboat hotel casino, atlantic city.
it was exactly what we hoped it would be - new, fun, and exciting.
The night began with a wall shaking, glass busting, bass enriched set from the devastating... Kid Queasy. The beautiful and talented Ms. Suga Shay brought the party to the next level and set it up for DJ Stiftee to make us all ask... 'why do we bother DJing when guys like this are out there...' Needless to say the guy is ridiculous. He WILL be coming back.
And then...
Jon the Barber does what he does, and killed it into the late morning hours... Let me tell you... Seeing this guy in person, meeting and talking with him about dubstep, the scene and music in general... Jon the Barber... m80 dubstation... Jon of The Disco Biscuits... however it is that you know him... is a seriously rad fuckin dude.
3:30 AM and BHB does what he always does... tear it fuckin' down. Seriously dude, stop being so good.
We have amazing things in the works for this summer... Club Worship... The Chelsea Hotel and of course... The FML DEN... the boneyard.
